The Monmouthshire Raft Race 2005 (story here)

not everyone's raft has survived the torrid waters of the Wye oh no, what's this approaching from upstream? this raft has a petrol-driven pump installed to give everyone a good soaking! even up on the bridge we can't escape their nozzle! they move on... to the folks outside the pub! finally, after two hours of waiting, our raft, #78, appears they're in no hurry! jessie and richie suzie (front left) is the first to disembark and leg it up the bank to the pub lyn and jessica a welsh sunset   my new home in Sheffield, England - the Courtyard Cupboard
